Is a 50/50 split normal for elopements?
Yes. Elopements are short and often booked close to the date, so half at booking and half on delivery keeps the paperwork light for both sides.
What happens if weather forces a reschedule?
The template moves the coverage date without a new deposit as long as the client gives notice and you have the new date open. The remaining milestone simply shifts with the event date.
Can I add a video add-on later?
Yes. Add it as a new milestone on the signed contract. The client approves it, and it charges on the same card already on file.
