How the deposit works

A hold on their card, not a check in your drawer.

  1. Reserve

    The reservation deposit charges at signing and locks the date on your calendar.

  2. Deliver

    A photo condition report captures the gear at handoff; the delivery charge runs on confirmation. An optional security hold is placed on the client's card.

  3. Return

    The return inspection closes the job: the balance charges, and a clean report releases the hold automatically.

  4. If something breaks

    Documented damage becomes an itemized invoice against the condition reports, an evidence trail instead of an argument.
