SMS Consent and Opt-In

Consent is collected inside the AirInk product, never purchased, rented, or inferred. There are exactly three points where a person can opt in:

• Account phone verification. During signup or in Settings, a user enters their own mobile number and checks an unchecked box that reads: "I agree to receive text messages from AirInk about my account, contracts, and payments. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." The box is not pre-checked and is not required to create an account or to use AirInk.
• Notification settings. An existing user turns on the SMS channel for a specific notification type in Settings, Notifications. The same disclosure appears above the toggle.
• Client contract invitations. When a provider sends a contract, the client opens the signing page and may choose to receive signature and payment reminders by text. The client enters their own number and accepts the same disclosure before any message is sent.

Every opt-in is recorded with the phone number, the exact disclosure text shown, the page it was shown on, the timestamp, and the IP address. AirInk can produce that record on request.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of using AirInk. Phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone other than the messaging providers who deliver the messages.

• One-time passcodes and phone verification codes.
• Contract sent, signed, or countersigned alerts.
• Payment authorized, captured, failed, or refunded alerts.
• Milestone due, completed, or confirmation reminders.
• Appointment and scheduled meeting reminders.
• Security alerts on the account.

These are transactional messages tied to a specific account or contract. AirInk does not send promotional, marketing, or third-party advertising texts.

Right after a number is verified and opted in, we send exactly one confirmation message:

AirInk: You're subscribed to account, contract, and payment alerts. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Other examples of the messages we send:

• AirInk: Your verification code is 481902. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
• AirInk: Northline Builders sent you a contract to review and sign. Open it here: https://airink.ai/sign/xxxxx Reply STOP to opt out.
• AirInk: Milestone "Framing complete" was marked done. Confirm within 72 hours to release payment. Reply STOP to opt out.

Reply STOP to any AirInk message to end all text messages to that number. We send one final confirmation and then stop. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@airink.ai. You can also turn off the SMS channel at any time in Settings, Notifications. Turning off texts never disables email or in-app notifications, so you will not miss anything about your contracts.

• Opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL.
• Opt-in keywords: START, UNSTOP, YES.
• Help keywords: HELP, INFO. The reply reads: "AirInk help: manage alerts at airink.ai/settings/notifications or email support@airink.ai. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

STOP and HELP handling is available on every message we send, and every message includes opt-out language.

• Registered brand: AirInk LLC, 2820 S Alma School Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286, United States.
• Registered use case: Mixed, covering two-factor authentication and account notifications for contracts and payments. No marketing or promotional content is sent.
• Message flow: A user signs in at airink.ai, enters their own mobile number on the phone verification screen or in Settings, Notifications, and checks an unchecked consent box containing the disclosure in section 03 above. Consent is stored with the number, disclosure text, page, timestamp, and IP address. One confirmation message is sent immediately after opt-in.
• Sending numbers: AirInk sends from United States 10DLC long codes registered to the brand above.
