Accessibility Statement

AirInk LLC is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We design and test AirInk to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C, and we treat accessibility as a launch requirement. Not a post-launch fix.

• Semantic HTML, labelled form controls, and visible focus indicators throughout the app.
• Keyboard-only navigation for all core flows: signup, contract signing, checkout, evidence upload, and dispute filing.
• Color-contrast checks against WCAG 2.1 AA in both light and dark themes.
• Screen-reader testing against VoiceOver (macOS, iOS) and NVDA (Windows) for the primary flows.
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion: heavy animation is disabled when your OS requests it.
• Safe-area and touch-target sizing that meets the 44×44px minimum on mobile.

• The animated hero (volumetric ink) is decorative and hidden from assistive technology. Reduced-motion users see a static gradient instead.
• Legacy PDFs uploaded by providers may not be tagged for screen readers; on request we will provide a plain-text summary of any contract you have signed.
• Third-party embeds (Stripe Checkout, Stripe Identity, e-signature) follow those services' accessibility standards; issues there are escalated to that service and, where possible, worked around inside AirInk.
