Acceptable Use Policy

• Weapons, explosives, ammunition.
• Controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, cannabis where federally restricted.
• Adult content, escort services, sexually explicit material.
• Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes without required licensing.
• Unlicensed financial services, money transmission, cryptocurrency exchange.
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick programs.
• Anything on Stripe's restricted businesses list.

• Impersonation, misrepresentation of identity, or fabricated credentials.
• Fraudulent contracts, phantom milestones, or coordinated release manipulation.
• Money laundering, structuring, or tax evasion.
• Harassment, threats, or discriminatory conduct against counterparties or AirInk staff.
• Bulk scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass rate limits or authentication.
• Uploading malware, phishing kits, or content that violates third-party rights.

Depending on severity we may:

• Warn, throttle, or temporarily suspend the account.
• Hold funds pending investigation as permitted by our payment partners.
• Terminate the account and notify affected counterparties.
• Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
