When does the balance actually charge?
At setup. You attach photos of the installed and anchored unit, the client confirms, and the balance charges the card already on file. No cash chase at the door.
Can I hold a security deposit?
Card pre-authorizations expire after about 7 days, so this template documents condition with photos at both ends and bills documented damage as a claim the client reviews before it charges. AirInk never holds the money.
What happens when it rains?
The weather clause moves the booking to a rain date instead of refunding the deposit. The deposit transfers once, and the balance only charges when a setup actually happens.
