Can I collect the trip fee before I drive out?
Yes. The first milestone charges at signing, so the diagnostic is funded before dispatch. The completion half charges when the work is done and confirmed.
How do I bill parts I did not expect?
Add them to the completion milestone itemized separately plus 15 percent. The customer sees the line and approves it from their phone.
Does this work for recurring maintenance?
For repeat work, use recurring billing to charge a saved method on a cadence instead of sending a new agreement each visit.
