How does the owner approve a draw?
You mark the stage complete with photos. The owner has 72 hours to confirm or raise an issue. On confirmation the draw charges and settles to your account.
What if the owner does not respond?
The template uses a 72-hour auto-approve so a silent owner does not stall your cash flow. Any dispute raised in that window pauses the charge instead.
Is retainage required?
It is not required, but 10 percent held to punch-list sign-off is common and is what this template uses. You can change it before sending.
Does AirInk hold the draw money?
No. AirInk is not a bank and does not hold funds. Each draw charges the owner's method and settles to your account, with the 0.49 percent fee and processing cost shown as separate lines.
