What does month-of coordination exclude?
It excludes provider sourcing and design decisions made before the 30-day window. The start-date clause makes that boundary explicit so clients do not assume full planning.
When does the final half charge?
Fourteen days before the event, which is when your prep work concentrates. You are funded before rehearsal week rather than after it.
Can I upgrade a client to full planning mid-engagement?
Yes. Send the full-service template as a new contract or add milestones to the existing one. Either way the client signs once and the schedule updates.
